I chose Hotel Zen Tokyo specifically because it was conveniently located near the Tokyo Sky Tree, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the express check-in feature. It made the check-in process quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start exploring the city right away. The daily continental breakfasts were also a highlight, providing a delicious start to each day of my stay.
The curtain on my pod at Zen kept falling down whenever I entered or exited. It seems like the design makes it easy for the curtain to become dislodged.

During my recent business trip to Tokyo, my director had chosen Hotel Zen for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the numerous recreational opportunities available at this property. The hotel features a beautiful fitness center where I was able to unwind after a long day of meetings. , the rooftop garden provided a serene atmosphere to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city.
On the day of our checkout, I experienced a minor inconvenience when the front desk was unmanned.

The guestrooms at Hotel Zen Tokyo were so cozy and comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on clouds! The Simmons mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a restful night's sleep.
Personally, I found the shared gender-separated bathroom a bit inconvenient, but I understand that some guests may still find it convenient.

The bed was unbelievably comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The room had a super cool reflective lighting, easy on the eyes. Everything was spotless and the design was mind-blowing. Loved the lounge and shower rooms. The staff was so nice and gave free welcome drinks. They even provided a handy food guide nearby. The corner room was amazing, like a cozy room rather than a capsule. Plenty of free toiletries. The location was stellar, just 30 seconds from the metro. Super convenient for getting to the airport. The place was so new and clean. Bed? Comfy. Noise? Non-existent. They even had earplugs if needed. Breakfast was simple but perfect. I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks for an awesome stay!
